Argorok takes flight 07th April 2007
This is an upgraded flight animation for Argorok the Dragon who makes a guest appearence in our movie as one of the enemies which Gustaf must conquer. He appears here without his armour that he sports in Twilight Princess.

This post is also a test to see if animated .GIF files work alright as CGI practises.
Oh, and please note it will look a lot smoother and clearer in the actual movie. it's just been highly compressed here.
Further CGI Perfection 29th October 2007
Looking at this new pic the old one I claimed to be perfection is actually kinda crummy. Well this is it, folks. I cannot see how it can get better than this. No green edging, better shadows, all round better.
Except the King Bulbin is slightly washed out, but Im sure we'll get round that.
You can use it as a wallpaper, but I don't reccomend it because it is Lo-res.
Ok, this time in the King Bulbin, and I'm practicing with his new animations, but also with the blood stock footage when he swings his axe.
This didn't turn out as well As I thought, as he's slightly transparent and the walking doesn't look right. Oh well.

Yes, I believe this is how it's going to look in the film. I have finally cracked keying, grading and the shadow. This time there is slight green edging, but no wworries- that won't be in the fim.
I will continue to do practise videos as this (however nearing perfection) is not animated.

Yeah feel free to use this as wallpaper or whatever (Which reminds me, I need to update the downloads page)!
CGI (Practice video 3) 25 August 2007
Goron this time. Not Optimus Prime. Not any more.
Yes more walking, but I think I'm close to cracking it.

CGI (Practice video 2) 16 July 2007
Ok, this isn't really CGI, this is actually my pet dodongo Edward who lives in my back garden.
...................
Ok, nobody laughed. Anyway, This is another practise. I think the CGI is coming along nicely, but it still lacks realism. No shadow, for a start.

Oh yeah, I also added a particle fire effect. Ok, it looks a bit rubbish but thats because the dodongo's mouth wasn't open that long, so I had to compromise.
CGI (Practice video 1) 15 July 2007
This is the first of many CGI practise videos. I mainly need practice with walk cycles, and the animation on this statue was particularly tricky.
Incase your wondering about the statue there are 2 of them outside a dungeon in the movie, and they are brought to life by an interloper. Gustaf then fights them. (I probably gave away too much there).

Basically we were in desperate need of this set, and all we could find is 1 hut. So after a bit of photoshopping we had this.
Before:

After:

As it's set in Hyrules early history we were after a kinda Norman/Viking look, but this one hut was the only thing we could find within a reasonable driving distance.
